Pink Parcel is a subscription box designed especially for us ladies to make that time of the month a little more bearable. The service is designed  so that you receive sanitary products that you have chosen on the Pink Parcel website just in time for when you need them. The box also always includes beauty and lifestyle items too. I love the idea behind this box and feel it is up there with the ones that offer the best value for money.

My April box arrived at the beginning of the month but I’ve only just had a chance to open it. Firstly I got the sanitary items which I haven’t pictured as I’m sure you can know what they look like. Pink Parcel supply you with more than enough of your chosen option and if like me you become a regular subscriber you are sure to never run out.  Anyway onto the exciting part…

This months box seems to be based around beauty and food which is great for me as these are two of my favourite things in life. I am really impressed with the beauty products included this time as they are all brands I have never tried before. I love how most months the ladies at Pink Parcel include a face mask and this month it is a Pomegranate and Paw Paw mask by NPW. The packaging claims it’ll leave you feeling fresh and glowing which is something I definitely need at the moment. The nail varnish byTrue Brit London I received this month is right up my street, the light pink shade perfectly named Pink Parcel is one of my go to kind of shades all year round. The next item I got in the box was a New CID Cosmetics Light-up Lipstick in the shade Raspberry. I’ve seen this kind of lipstick a few times from various brands but I haven’t ever actually owned one, I they’re a great idea as it makes lipstick much easier to apply in bad light and on the go. The last beauty item I received was a French Martini hand cream from Boozi Bodycare, this smells lovely and I am definitely tempted to drink it.

To celebrate that the Tampon Tax will finally be abolished this year Pink Parcel included a little extra food item this month, a smiley face chocolate from COCOBA. I thought this a really nice addition to the other food items I got which included a Mallow and Marsh Vanilla Marshmallow Bar and some Nairn’s rough oatcakes. There was also a Teapigs Chamomile tea which is great for those anxious and stressful times over the month.

Last year Pink Parcel started to include a SASS feminine hygiene product and this month it was an Intimate Purifying Cleanser.

Pink Parcel costs £12.99 a month and there is a choice of three delivery dates for you to choose from in order to ensure your box arrives in time.I think this service is well worth the money as previously I would regularly run out, I also enjoy receiving a gift from myself to myself at this time of the month. Its great how the parcel includes products in order to allow you to pamper yourself when your feeling particularly rubbish.
